Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AforoPro mobile application ("App") provided by Bink Tools ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AforoPro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AforoPro is an event attendance and crowd management application that provides real-time counting, QR ticket scanning, multi-device synchronization, and event administration tools.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

AforoPro offers a Free plan and a Complete (paid) subscription plan:

• Free Plan: Includes local counting, limited shared events, and limited connected devices per shared event.
• Complete Plan: An auto-renewable subscription that unlocks server sync, admin controls, advanced fraud safeguards, and unlimited shared events and devices.

If you subscribe to the Complete plan:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

4. User Accounts and Devices

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your device. You agree not to share, transfer, or otherwise make available your subscription to unauthorized users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure, servers, or networks.
• Use the App to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the App for commercial purposes without our express consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by Bink Tools and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bink Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
