How do I create a new event?

Open the app, go to the Counter tab, and select "Create New Event". Set the event name, date, and choose between Manual counting or QR scanning mode.

What is the difference between Free and Complete plans?

The Free plan includes reliable local counting with limited shared events and connected devices. The Complete plan (auto-renewable subscription) unlocks server sync, admin controls, advanced fraud safeguards, and unlimited shared events and devices.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to manage, change, or cancel your subscription.

How does multi-device sync work?

The event admin shares a QR code from the app. Other team members scan this code to join the same event. All connected devices stay synchronized in real-time using WebRTC mesh technology and optional server sync.

Can I use AforoPro offline?

Yes. The app works fully offline for local counting and QR scanning. Event data is stored on-device. When you reconnect, server sync (Complete plan) helps recover and merge data.

My camera is not working for QR scanning. What should I do?

Make sure camera permissions are granted in your device settings. On iOS, go to Settings > AforoPro > Camera. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > AforoPro > Permissions > Camera.

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?

Open the app on your new device and go to Config > Subscription & Plan. Your subscription should restore automatically. If not, use the "Manage" option to trigger a manual restore.

• AforoPro Complete — auto-renewable subscription that unlocks all premium features including server sync, event admin tools, advanced fraud detection, and unlimited shared events and devices.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.
